HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, this article seemed to be in order.

Without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.

A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged,
as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated
about every two seconds without let up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm.
In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this, it could save their lives!

A lady got up very early one morning and went outside to pickup the Sunday paper, she noticed someone had sprayed red paint all around the sides of the neighbors brand new beige truck. Black Tea for Stinky Feet!

When it comes to foot odor and all else has failed try a simple remedy of soaking your feet each day for 30 minutes in BLACK TEA, apparently 2 bags will do!

That's right the doctors on the new day time TV show had a women who has attempted numerous remedies that have all failed after years of trying different remedies, and as the one physician stated the smell on a scale of 1 -10 was ELEVEN, he reiterated that they smelled really bad. The culprit again was bacteria and the microscopic pics were really gross. Well at the end of a 30 minute soak during the show she came out and proudly presented her fresh smelling feet with great pride. After two of the docs sniffed her feet to confirm success, the audience cheered and all applauded a great show and went home, including the patient who was all smiles. Liquid Vitamins and Minerals - Fact or Fiction


Liquid vitamins have been taking the vitamin supplement spot light. Questionable facts and liquid vitamin claims have plagued the minds of many. The vitamin absorption truth has finally arrived.

The most controversial liquid vitamin myth has to be vitamin absorption superiority. Pill form vitamins offer up to 30% absorption rates while liquid vitamins boast a 90% absorption rate. It is time to prove or disprove this fact in a visual manner.

The fact testing approach performed involves a very simple experiment. The experiment began with a theory. For a nutrient to be absorbed into the blood stream, it will have to be completely simplified before passing through the body’s membranes; the villi in the small intestine or the mucous membrane. With this in mind, a pill must be simplified before any nutrient absorption can take place. This will limit the pill form vitamin to basically one pathway of entry into the blood stream; the small intestine.

Liquid vitamins fortunately increase the number of entry pathways into the body which allows for a better absorption rate. A liquid vitamin is already in simplest form. As you drink the liquid vitamin, absorption is already taking place in your mouth’s mucous membrane as well as through tissue in your esophagus.

4) Red meat should be eaten only occasionally.
5) Fish and poultry should be eaten in moderation as an alternative to red meat.
6) Animal fats and trans fatty acids from partially hydrogenated vegetable oils should be avoided and not eaten.
a) Olive oil and other mono-unsaturated fats are healthy alternatives for fat.
b) Highly polyunsaturated fats, such as corn or soy-bean oil may also be healthy alternatives.
7) Deep fried fast foods and most commercially prepared foods contain trans-fatty acids and should be avoided.
8) Adequate calcium intake is important for growing children, adolescents, and lactating
women. If dietary sources are low, supplements of calcium should be considered. High consumption of milk or dairy products is not likely to be necessary or beneficial for middle aged and older adults.
9) Consumption of daily values of a multiple vitamin preparation containing folic acid may provide a sensible nutritional safety net.

They recommend that each person eat at least 5 servings each of fruits and vegetables every day along with a variety of foods. However, eight to ten servings per day is best for cancer prevention. Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. One should eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. A serving of fruit or vegetable is equal to ½ cup of fruit, ¼ cup of dried fruit, ½ cup of cooked vegetables, 1 cup of raw vegetables or ¾ cup of fruit or vegetable juice.
b)One should eat a variety and quantity of vegetables and fruits in the daily diet. It is wise to choose dark green, and deep yellow vegetables, as well as citrus fruits.
c) Other Dietary Substances. The daily human diet typically contains as many as 100,000 chemicals (e.g., coffee contains 1000). Of these, only 300 are nutrients, only some of which are essential. However, many nonnutrients in foods are useful. For example, food additives (e.g.,
preservatives, emulsifiers, antioxidants, stabilizers) improve the production and stability of foods. Trace components (e.g., spices, flavors, odors, colors, phytochemicals, many other natural products) improve appearance and taste.
Fiber, which occurs in various forms (e.g., cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, gums) increases GI motility, prevents constipation, and helps control diverticular disease. Fiber is thought to accelerate the elimination of cancer-causing substances produced by bacteria in the large intestine. Diabetic Eye Disease May Predict Heart Failure

There are eight deadly diseases throughout much of the world and certainly here in the United States, and in my opinion it is “all about the money”. A warning is definitely needed for the people of the United States, and particularly for people eating food out of grocery stores and restaurants. Know anyone like that?

Like the aristocrats of ancient Rome, many Americans are literally eating themselves to death, but the Romans were eating healthy and dieing young which, means even eating too much of a good thing is not. It is my opinion that with a little bit of basic knowledge, an effort to make even minor changes can go a long way to maintain and improve or even reverse poor health. The only way to change or improve anything is to take action. Listen, there are 8 major diseases that have been sweeping this country since the 1940's. All of them were virtually unheard of at the turn of the 20th century.

Over the last 10 years or so I have had 7 heart attacks, a stroke which took the hearing in my left ear (which was the good one) and created a chronic vertigo problem for me. I have had 4 different surgeries including a quadruple bypass that had to be repaired 2 months later. I knew almost nothing about health then and still don’t know anymore than what I mostly already knew from living 59 years, except to say that I am just like the majority of people. I have been over eating, eating the wrong things, smoked for over 30 years and didn’t exercise at all. Well I changed that and added a nutritional regime of liquid vitamins, mineral and other major nutrients to my daily intake of food. I am a 59-year-old, over-stressed baby boomer and I was so busy, I ate most of my meals off my lap driving 70 mph in my car. All too frequently I ate to fast as I was driving, and I was either listening to tapes, paying tolls or rushing to my next appointment....all at the same time! I get stressed out all over again just thinking about it. I was clearly on my way to an early death (assuming a head-on collision didn't kill me first). And I am not nor was I the only dummy out there living like this while I was still actively working and research shows that my past lifestyle is the norm for most people.

Hopefully this will open your eyes on what living and eating as an everyday American worker is like, not very pretty, nor is it very bright! Well think about it!

Besides the major health problems, let me share with you why I decided to start taking liquid nutrition to improve my health...

In March 2008, I received an email (SPAMMED) that’s right I was SPAMMED, we all get spammed and if we all did what we should half the Internet would lose their ISP and if things don’t change they just might, that’s another subject.

I found it, or rather it found me, I had just got through ordering and taking another formula of vitamin capsules (12 a day) 4 X 3 a day and I started feeling better, but the monthly fare for these are $53.00 +/- and being limited on disability income, well I just couldn’t see trying to afford it. Even though I did feel a little more energy I still couldn’t see the price tag, the improvement didn’t motivate enough to want to keep paying the freight. It didn’t remove enough pain as what’s his name would suggest, however what it did do was to motivate me to find a less expensive alternative, even though I knew the price of vitamins and minerals of this line up of nutrients are not cheap. Well then the email!

The email I received took me to a video that took me by such surprise that I was shocked and in awe and total disbelief. Not only by what I heard, but the price point of ONLY $19.95 a month for this, it just sounded too good to be true. Even still at the moment I couldn’t do anything because there was no additional money. No I’m not kidding.
